GiftIt is a platform that allows users to purchase, personalize, and send digital gift cards from participating brands via WhatsApp, SMS, or secure link.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Gift cards purchased through GiftIt are digital cards issued by participating brands. Each gift card is valid only at the brand you selected at the time of purchase.

• • Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
• • Gift card values cannot be exchanged for cash.
• • Expiry dates and usage terms are set by the brand and shown before purchase.
• • GiftIt is not responsible for brand-specific restrictions on gift card usage.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. GiftIt does not store your full payment details. Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable fees shown before checkout.

Gift cards are delivered digitally via WhatsApp, SMS, or a secure shareable link. Delivery depends on the recipient's device and network availability. GiftIt is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect recipient details provided by the sender. If delivery fails, you can resend the gift card using an alternative method or contact support.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send abusive or harmful content through personalized messages, to attempt to exploit or reverse-engineer the Service, or to resell gift cards purchased through GiftIt. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

GiftIt acts as a platform connecting you with participating brands. We are not liable for the quality, availability, or terms of products or services offered by brands. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the gift card. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.
